What is the charge for your billing Service?
Answer: MSS charges only 4% for it’s billing service. There is no setup fee or maintenance costs. For some clients a flat fee basis is a better cost effective solution. We provide this as well.
What do I need to get setup for your Billing Service?
Answer: High Speed Internet and a fax or scanner to be able to send claims to our office.
Do you Provide us with a Software?
Answer: We do have a web based software that we can provide if you currently do not have one or not satisfied with your current software. We provide free training for our software as well. Please contact us to learn more of our software. A software representative will get back to you to schedule a demonstration.
Can you provide a your services with my existing software?
Answer: We have over 10 years of experience working with different softwares. Examples being Medisoft, Eclipse, Medware, Medent, Lyctec
I’m currently doing my billing in-house, however wonder if it may be beneficial to outsource?
Answer: We are now offering a service called “flip the switch”. It is a service for clients who at any particular time can have their billing service taken care of. For example if a staff member is sick, on vacation, or left. We can take over for the brief period of time. We stay there as a backup for you. No long term contracts at all.
